What were the problems?

Digital accounting services in Turkey were not providing a straightforward experience compared to the players worldwide.

Mobile web-app experiences are not well developed, even though many SMEs frequently access such services through mobile phones.

There was a lack of guidance in onboarding the user in several other services.

Approach

We aimed to design a frictionless, user-guiding, easy-to-navigate service that works properly on different devices with a robust design system.

For a new generation business assistance tool, Ovinot, we have started a design journey with a series of workshops. All stakeholders attended and brainstormed to determine the first version of the product and its features.

Tax professionals, accountants, artists, academicians, SME business owners, lawyers, and tech people strongly related to the service have given precious insights in kick-off workshops.
These insights helped us clarify the design roadmap.

Branding

We have combined absract visual of Ovata plant and metaphoricly savings and financial dynamics.

Solution

When we were working on creating of branding style, the perception of benefits and functions has been especially thought on.

UX Architecture and Wireframing

Our first priority for our users was reducing the stress of making business with a clear and guiding user flows. We aimed to keep the focus of the user in distinguished areas, to give the message of "Everything in Ovinot designed to help you."

We have also designed the website contexts aiming user to understand clearly the feature-benefits relations.
